  • Preparing and administrating tenders for routine maintenance work by our suppliers.

  • Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are carried out properly.

 

We select our suppliers based on financial capability, track records, organizational structure, quality system and IT-readiness.

 

Their performance is also monitored for optimal cost efficiency and customer service.

Maintenance and Management

Accounting & Finance

We leverage our years of experience to provide meticulous accounting and financial services, which include:

​

  • Managing and collecting maintenance charges and other monies payable by property owners or other persons.

  • Preparing a monthly statement of accounts.

  • Liaising with appointed auditors and tax agents to prepare audited accounts and tax returns for the property.

Accounting and Finance

Administration

Staffworx is glad to assist in administrative tasks regarding your assets, with a primary focus on:

  • Attending to all correspondences regarding the property on behalf of the Joint Management Body (JMB) or Management Corporation (MC).

  • Advising the JMB or MC on the purchase of insurance policies for the property.

  • Arranging annual and extraordinary general meetings for the property owners.

Administration

Professional Consultancy

Our professional consultancy services include engaging professionals such as solicitors, accountants, architects, or engineers with the approval of the JMB or MC.

 

Additional services include:

  • Providing insight on strata laws applicable to the management of common areas.

  • Advising on the duties and responsibilities of the council in discharging their functions.

  • Attending meetings with the council when necessary to provide recommendations on issues relating to the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act.​
